What is the best natural anti inflammation ?

سوجن پڑ جائے تو

A list of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods that fight inflammation in the body.

Chronic inflammation is a very common condition

where different parts of the body become swollen, painful and reddened for long periods of time.

This is linked to many different conditions

such as arthritis, auto-immune disease, allergies, sinus problems, diabetes, weight gain, nerve

problems and many more.

In today's article  we will share with you a list of the healthiest anti-inflammatory foods

that you can consume to rapidly lower inflammation in the body.

These foods have been scientifically studied

and well tested by doctors and nutritionists.

One. Berries We highly recommend consuming a handful of

dark berries on a daily basis such as blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.

These fruits are rich in vibrant red and blue

pigment colours called anthocyanins. These are antioxidants that lower inflammation and

reduce the risk of cardiovascular problems.

Berries are actually the healthiest fruits on the planet and are packed full of other

healing compounds like resveratrol which has an anti-aging effect on the skin, hair and

nails.

They also have ellagic acid, quercetin, catechins and others which can help prevent infections,

cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease and many more.

Two. Spices

Turmeric is one of the healthiest spices in the world and is well known for reducing pain,

swelling and inflammation throughout the body.

Turmeric has been used for over four thousand  years and is particularly good at fighting joint

pain, bone pain and arthritis due to a compound it contains called curcumin.

Use this to flavour delicious curries and

stir fries, along with other anti-inflammatory spices like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black

pepper, cloves and garlic.

Garlic in particular is one of the most effective as it contains sulphur compounds which strengthen

the immune system. It has been shown to help reverse cartilage damage in those with arthritis.

Ginger is also one of the best natural pain

killers and has been used for centuries to treat nausea, motion sickness and support

healthy digestion. Fresh ginger can be boiled to make a powerful anti-inflammatory tea.

Three. Vegetables

To lower inflammation the most important nutrients come from dark leafy greens such as kale,

spinach, swiss chard, collard greens and bok choy.

These plant-based foods provide nourishment

at the cellular level, boost friendly bacteria in the gut and lower overall inflammation

in the body. They do this by supplying important nutrients like vitamins A, C, E, K, B and

electrolytes like magnesium and potassium.

Healthy salads each day are an important part of an anti-inflammatory diet or you can make

blended green smoothies.

Cruciferous vegetables are the healthiest including broccoli, brussels sprouts, garden

cress, cabbage, cauliflower and arugula.

These help to prevent cognitive decline as we get older by strengthening the synapses

in the brain.

Broccoli sprouts and regular broccoli contain a special compound called sulforaphane which

detoxifies the liver and internal organs, so eat these as much as possible.

Four. Omega three

Wild caught salmon, mackerel, anchovies and sardines are all rich in essential omega three

fatty acids, which the body cannot make on its own.

These omega three's are important for preventing

inflammation in the body especially the brain, eyes and heart.

The DHA and EPA found in oily fish are especially

important for those with dementia or any type of memory problems like brain fog.

Studies show that omega three's are vital for

those with autoimmune conditions like type one diabetes, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis,

lupus, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis and others.

Omega three's are also shown to reduce stress

levels and improve mood, making you less likely to feel depressed or anxious.

You can also take a supplement of virgin cod

liver oil or krill oil to boost omega three, or sea weed if you are a vegan.

Five. Healthy Fats

It is important that you get a good amount of healthy fats into the diet each day to

fix chronic inflammation in the body. We need dietary fat to supply fat-soluble nutrients

like Vitamin A, E, D and Ktwo.

Avocados contain some of the healthiest monounsaturated fats which lower inflammation in the cardiovascular

system.

They are also loaded with potassium which can help to prevent stroke, heart disease

and diabetes. Potassium also regulates fluid in the body to get rid of swollen joints and

water retention.

Extra virgin coconut oil is a great source of energy for the body and is rich in MCT's

(medium chain triglycerides) which reduce inflammation in the structure of the brain.

We also recommend grass fed butter, extra

virgin olive oil, egg yolk and macadamia nut oil to get your vitamin A. This reduces swelling

in the eyes and retina, helping to produce healthy tears and reduce eye strain in the

Six small muscles of the eye.

Avoid hydrogenated and processed oils such as vegetable oil, margarine spreads, soy oil

or canola oil. These are the main triggers of inflammation in the body as they contain

too much omega six.

Six. Nuts and Seeds When it comes to nuts and seeds we highly

recommend flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, almonds and hemp

seeds.

These are the best sources of ALA (Alpha-linolenic acid) which is the third most important omega

Three that fights inflammation, especially in the heart and brain.

These are also rich in antioxidants like vitamin

E which fights free radicals in the body and has anti-aging effects on the skin.

Chia seeds in particular are known as "warriors

food" and are one of the best plant based sources of protein and fibre. This fibre helps

to control blood sugar levels, reduce insulin resistance and support a healthy microbiome

in the digestive system.

ALA in seeds and nuts helps to modulate the immune system to heal auto-immune diseases,

and help the body to fight off infections.

If you struggle with digesting these, you can germinate them by soaking in water overnight

and then drying them out. This makes them much easier to process in the digestive system.

Seven. Herbs

The body absorbs many dangerous toxins from the environment like pesticides, heavy metals

and pollutants. These are called endocrine disruptors which puts the hormones out of

balance and makes you feel sluggish and tired.

Fresh herbs help to detoxify these chemicals from your liver which can then balance your

hormones and boost energy levels rapidly.

Herbs like parsley, thyme, mint, oregano and coriander are rich in natural healing compounds

which aids the liver in stage one and stage two detoxification.

All green plants are loaded with chlorophyll

which fights free radicals, reduces the effects of aging on the skin, and lowers the risk

of cancer.

Adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha and maca root are also effective at lowering stress

levels and inflammation by regulating the adrenal gland hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.

Eight. Fermented Foods

Some of the best fermented foods that fight inflammation are sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha

tea, yoghurt, pickles and natto.

These go through a fermentation process which makes them very easy to digest and break down

in the body.

These foods are rich in probiotics which feed the friendly bacteria in the gut, also

known as the microbiome.

The gut houses seventy percent of the cells that make up your immune system, so they are extremely

important.

Having more friendly bacteria in the gut is linked to better concentration and reduces

problems with allergies, arthritis, fatigue and autoimmune diseases like IBS and acne.

Nine. Drinks

To keep your body actively healthy and cleansed, we recommend drinking herbal teas throughout

the day.

Cut out the junk foods, concentrated fruit juices and soda drinks, as these are high

in sugar which is the leading cause of inflammation.

Start drinking Matcha Tea, Nettle Tea and Peppermint Tea.

We also recommend ginger and lemon water, and kale smoothies blended with mixed berries.

The trick is to try and get as many nutrients

into the diet as possible, and drinking these is a great way of doing this.

As you can see there are many healthy anti-inflammatory foods that you can eat to strengthen and heal

your body.

Eating a mixture of these foods every day and cutting out junk foods will rapidly lower

inflammation in the body and heals many underlying conditions.

If you have digestive problems like acid reflux,

GERD, bloating and gas then you most likely have a common condition called low stomach

acid.

You need a strong acidic stomach with a low Ph to absorb important minerals. Simply drink

a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal to strengthen the stomach.

This also has the added benefit of balancing

your blood Ph. Levels back to normal which is slightly alkaline.

Apple cider vinegar also helps your gallbladder

to release bile for breaking down fatty foods and absorbing fat-soluble nutrients.

Avoid artificial iron tablets as these are

loaded with elemental iron which is not easily absorbed and can actually cause inflammation

in the brain.

Switch to a high-quality grass-fed spleen extract or liver extract. This is a natural

form of iron bound to protein, which your body can absorb and use to strengthen the

blood.

To speed up the effects of these healthy foods, you can perform intermittent fasting on a

daily basis. This is one of the best ways to cure chronic inflammation by activating

certain genes.

Home treatment for anti inflamation

I use now for GERD

that I've got and issues realize it's

the entire system goes through and that

this kind of anti inflammatory mixture

can help with a lot of different issues

that are involved with a whole GI tract

from top to bottom I'm using aloe vera

in the United States were very used to

thinking of this as an external thing to

just put on the outside of your body for

sunburns but truthfully it is a

wonderful plant to eat and a lot of the

issues that you deal with all the way

from here to here are inflammatory

issues that of the result of say acid

burning a part of your tissue and skin

it's a burn and thinks that their

anti-inflammatory can help with taking

down that burn and reducing friction in

this case with the for the aloe and it

has a bunch of other stuff in it to help

the help you feel better and a lot of

the stuff we take over-the-counter you

know the htwo blockers the PPI stuff all

over ranitidine and the purple pills and

all this kind of stuff you you really

can't be on this forever so I'm going to

tell you that of course when you watch

something like this and these kind of

things are all over the internet do it

at your own risk and also if you do not

stop doing the things which are making

your problem occur then you cannot take

something else to make it stop you have

to stop the thing you're doing that

makes you sick and then try to heal

yourself up this is a try to heal

yourself up thing so I'm going to list

these foods on the side if you have GERD

you cannot eat this stuff anymore

it's just you if you eat this stuff

you're gonna have a problem and you

can't eat after seven o'clock at night

because you're just gonna have

indigestion that stuff's gonna come up I

also sleep in a recliner there's Parker

and this keeps me elevated a little bit

I used to put blocks under the bed but

truth is it just didn't work out for me

and also my hips were a little bit an

older age and slipping in the recliner

all the way back gives me just the

elevation I need and takes the weight

off of my hips which means I don't hurt

in the morning so that's that's what I

do about that sort of strange sleeping

in a chair but that if it makes you feel

better in the morning

so I was going to talk about aloe vera

active components in aloe vera these

you can buy at the Mexican grocery store

for a couple bucks a leaf giant ones

from usually from Mexico and this is the

prime constituent what I call my elixir

for what I'm treating right now I have

Barrett's esophagus and and curd and

reflux and a lot kind of stuff so first

thing do I stop to eat and all that

stuff don't eat after seven I stopped

taking the pills and all that or min

Adina and everything cuz that's mega

dosing on that from the doctor stay on

it the rest of your life you've got to

go down to smaller portions eating more

meals during the day and then not eating

after seven o'clock at night this has

vitamins minerals polysaccharides

enzymes fatty acids it's some very

interesting things have a c e and the

vitamins it's got btwalve not a lot of

things happy twalve makes you feel better

and a lot of good fatty acids in there

that are moderators of your cholesterol

things like that it looks like just a

clear gel on the inside under this %

water but all that stuff is in there in

proportions there's twanty minerals in here

all kind of trace minerals of the stuff

you need in your body eighteen amino acids are

in here and only eight amino acids are

considered vital for life it says eighteen

amino acids in it and we're going to add

one more to the mix over here which I

found to be beneficial it's also an

adaptogen which means it sort of helps

you deal with stress and free radicals

it's a very versatile thing

it's an alkalizer and that's very

important with the stomach we're going

to add coconut water to our mix over

here is another alkalizer to moderate

those acids as it goes to

and I'll tell you what the mixture is

what the dosing is how to how to use

this stuff it's also an immune system

booster I can't tell you how it is but

if you look at the research it does

seems to boost your ability to resist

disease it is an anti germicidal it's an

antifungal it really helps you regulate

your your digestive system so let's talk

about I'm going to show you how to

render this stuff at first and then

we're going to talk about the mixture

itself so here's how you render one of

these leaves I use a grapefruit spoon

it's got a little serrated edges on and

over here makes it easier to scrape out

and a nice sharp knife like a steak

knife cut off the very bottom this tends

to be a little bit bitter so in some of

the plants it's not bitter at all and

some it is so I just chopped off that

little part there it's hard to render

anyway and at the very top where it's

really hard to get stuff out what I'll

do is sort of open these up and chop

them up and we can you'd put them in a

little plastic bag and use them for

burns or whatever then I cut this in

half and I gently sort of push my

fingers to the side here as I go down

and to make a fillet cut right down the

center here and it helps open it right

up or right down the center do that on

both of them and then I cut right under

the edges that's close you can get

without getting the green stuff you

don't want the leek material in there at

all

and just cut gingerly right under there

and you can take your little serrated

spoon a regular spoon works fine to hold

it and peel it right into your container

which you're going to freeze and use

this stuff as you need it frozen it

holds for a long long time and it keeps

those enzymes everybody else good and

happy for a long time here we go get

most of it out of there just got to open

up this one here same thing only takes a

second and I do these in groups of about

I buy about five at a time

render it into a couple of Tupperware

containers and that keeps me going for

quite a long time and you want to pick

the ones at the grocery store that don't

have any red on the back of them they

can get a red

bacteria or whatever it is that grows in

these things as they get older and have

been sitting on the shelf for a long

time so when you're picking them out

pick the ones that are really firm and

fully green in the back and don't have

injuries on them a lot of times you'll

see injury so pick the good ones out and

leave yourself space for the item to for

the aloe to expand when it freezes

because freezing gives about a ten

percent expansion in size so there you

go and you'll notice that if you do have

one that has red on the outside on the

back of the leaf you'll see it here that

sometimes the gel will have a light red

in it I have not found this bacteria to

be harmful in any way to me because I've

used how to use it sometimes but also if

there is a little bit in here even the

elixir itself even when the elixir is

frozen will grow this light pink

bacteria in it and like I said I just

try to avoid it by buying leaves that

don't have me red or very little red of

Maggie see there's a little bit of red

there but I'm talking it gets all red so

just you know pick through the box at

the Mexican grocery store and pick

yourself some good ones and then when

they see or you're buying it they'll be

sure to keep it in stock so just prep up

that way I freeze it and then I take the

ice pack and pull it out I just put some

water in the back of the Tupperware pop

it out on the butcher block use an ice

pick and break off a section of about

like this would be three whole

preparations I cut this into three

slices for about there's about thirteen ounces

in here total so but a ten ounce block of

this onr/three of this would make you know and

this is what however deep it is and that

would result in the final mix with the

fifteen ounces of coconut water and the round

teaspoon of l-glutamine preparation I'm

using the fresh stuff so I'm gonna go

ahead and get about ten ounces in there

now these these measurements are not

critical that would be maybe give you

one leaf I'm gonna freeze the rest go

ahead and well first put my fifteen ounces of

coconut water in there it's a thirty three ounce

container will over a quart so I'm just

gonna start

that's about half there we go put the

rest of the coconut water in the fridge

for later and my one ounce my one I rounded

teaspoon of l-glutamine we go glutamine

dissolves in water based Lily's pretty

easily if you're working with the frozen

aloe it really takes a while for the

blender to blend that stuff in it works

better for you go ahead and break it up

into smaller chunks I also will put in

my eight now eight drops of eight ounces at eight drops

of stevia one two to      seven hey we're going

on that's just to my taste

you know stevia is a non-impact thing so

whatever you like in there then blend

away if you are using the iced pieces of

aloe you may have to turn the blender

off move around a little bit they can

get caught under the blaze oh when it's

done it's going to have about seventy five% or

more bubbles from all that coconut water

and the aloe mixing together you're just

going to let it sit for a good long

while probably ten minutes to lit like a

like a beer or something all sudden it

will be mostly liquid in a little bit of

foam and then I just use a plastic

funnel you can use whatever you've got

I used to some sports drink bottles that

happened to be nalchi in the highest

quality of plastic you might take a look

but glass would be better of course we

like to stay away from plastic whenever

possible and it's already recombining

here or about up to there with a liquid

and just wait awhile you'll know when

you're done with the blender because you

won't see any clear stuff going around

the bottom of the blender that aloe will

be busted up so when most of the foam is

gone

you pour it up into whatever kind of

continuous you've got now something I

didn't mention was the aloe itself

I prefer fresh aloe fresh is always

better get it if you can from Mexican

grocery store or wherever you can buy it

the bottle stuff generally has

preservatives and I find those to be

irritating

and you don't want more irritation you

want the opposite of that there are a

few brands that come in glass that have

citric acid as a preservative and that's

teens tends to be okay but still you're

not getting that super active

biologically active thing you would get

with a live leaf so here we go I didn't

make I could have filled this bottle up

fully and had about you know a little

bit in the next more just drank off the

rest for my weeks preparation and that

gives me about you know five six ounce

little cups something like that between

the the total here now the dosing the

way I use is this I use this overnight

and I use about six ounces in the glass

I pour it up for a go to bed and right

as I'm before I go to sleep I take a

little swig of it you know one nice

swallow and then if I get up in the

middle of the night at any time and have

any consciousness in the mirror and go

to the bathroom

I take another little swig and that's

midnight and fight in the morning

sometimes I'll go say six seven eight

o'clock or I might you know be about to

get up and I'll take that last swig so I

get about three two ounce gulps out of

it and and then I'll have breakfast an

hour later so that spreads out the

dosing and also puts it into a stomach

that doesn't have much in it plus it

helps to bring down stomach acids during

the course of the night I know a lot of

you have lost your gallbladder like me

and that means that your acids

continuously dumping into the upper part

up here of your intestine and you want

to sort of have something to know that

out would be awfully nice so that also

helps with that because we don't have

the gallbladder to store up that acid

overnight so there you go there's the

dosing also the stuff doesn't really

hold for more than about five days and

if you let it go any longer especially

you're using sugar it will ferment and

you'll know by tasting it then also the

other thing is your body will tell you

when you need to do this in other words

your body will tell you when you've had

enough of this you're feeling great

again

I really am paying no problems overnight

I'm not eating all these nasty things

that give me reflux and GERD and upset

stomach and I'm gonna sort of back off

on a while for a while because anything

you can take too much of even a natural

thing like just eating aloe vera which

is

water so follow your feeling on this so

you back off for a while if you feel

like your symptoms come back then start

up the regimen again I find this is a

very innocuous easy to do way to bring

down a lot of those symptoms and I hope

really heal a lot of that irritation and

that burn up into your upper and all the

way through the GI tract so until next

time take it easy
